Mind the Gap è il nuovo digital magazine di ICBPI, per il quale abbiamo curato il concept e il visual design. Il magazine è stato lanciato in occasione del restyling grafico del sito del Gruppo ICBPI. Anche il nuovo layout del sito, fully responsive, è stato curato da noi. Il tutto per offrire ad ICBPI un nuovo modo di comunicare con i propri clienti e con tutti gli stakeholders attraverso i canali digitali. Il magazine è disponibile nelle versioni web, mail e mobile (iOS e Android).

Business Challenge

Increase the efficiency and effectiveness of
Private Bankers during sales process.
Give to Private Bankers a tool that can help them on the move

Solution

iLibrary allows to create customized presentations for each customer/prospect. Solutiotn is based on two modules: a restricted area where Private bankers create their presentation thanks to a DMS and a tablet app (iOS) where the presentation are displayed to customer.

Benefits

Thanks to a strong adoption by private bankers (300 people involved at first stage, than other 500 private bankers will join the project), UniCredit had immediate results in terms of communication, time-to-market and cost saving (strong reduction for use of paper documentation).
